Caversham Court on the Esplanade in Mornington looks like it is a Nursing Home or Sanitarium but it is, as I've found out, a block of flats. The Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Heritage Study prepared in 1994 by Graeme Butler & Associates lists that Caversham Court was designed in 1947 by architect CG MacKennal and built the following year. The block consists of 10 separate flats throughout the two and three storey building.
